PROJECTS

The New Market Rotary Club Charitable Fund is a 501(c)3 organization. Contributions to our projects are fully deductible to the extent allowed by law. We invite you to send contributions to our current projects or you may specify the charitable fund to which you would like to contribute and we will send the full amount of your donation to your designated charity.

Our community supports us by participating in our fund-raising events. We have good times, great fellowship, and raise money to give back to our community.

Reading with the REBELS

A record crowd turned out at Rebel Park Thursday, July 6, to read, color and play ball with the New Market Rebels. Twenty-six players from the local Valley Baseball League team read to 100 kids and teens during the annual Reading With the Rebels event hosted by the New Market Area Library. After story time, kids played whiffle ball, colored, got their faces painted and ate snacks.
The New Market Rotary supports this event.

ROTARY International

Rotary members unite at home and across the globe to put our experience and knowledge to work tackling our most pressing challenges. We focus our efforts in six areas: promoting peace, preventing diseases, providing access to clean water and sanitation, enhancing maternal and child health, improving basic education and literacy, and helping communities develop.
When you give to Rotary, you support the work we do in your community and around the world. We are a responsible organization that uses nearly 90% of our funding for program expenses.
