Dale was installed as a new member opf the club in February 2008, sponsored by Philip Crown but he has been a Rotarian since the 1970's. He is the Principal and Business Administrator for the Shenandoah Valley Academ y in New Market. He bacame a Paul Harris Fellow in 1997.
